LOS ANGELES - Il cortometraggio svizzero "La femme et le TGV" di Timo von Gunten e il film documentario coprodotto dalla Svizzera "I Am Not Your Negro" di Raoul Peck sono stati nominati per un Oscar. "Ma vie de Courgette" del regista vallesano Claude Barras è stato nominato per l'Oscar nella categoria "miglior film d'animazione", ma non in quella di "miglior film straniero".
